Description
Xanthan gum is a high molecular weight polysaccharide polymer produced by fermentation of Xanthomonas campestris starch, and its appearance is like white and easy to flow powder. BioXan xanthan gum is a water-soluble colloid, insoluble in organic solvents. Due to its high stability, thickening and suspension, and high shear properties, widely used in various industries and oil drilling industries as thickener, suspension agent, stabilizer, molding agent, etc..
